Since starting in 1996 Centurion has grown to be one of the larger management companies in Auckland. Centurion has a track record in providing quality service and being customer-centric. Centurion specializes in both Unit Title and Association/Society management and provides its services to properties within the greater North Island.

We don’t believe managing Bodies Corporate is rocket science, but we do understand the importance of proactive management and regular communication. We realize we need to be contactable and accountable to owners. We understand that we are not the owners and that owners are entrusting us with their properties.

Financially, we keep things simple and transparent. We give each Body Corporate its very own bank account (instead of putting everything into one big trust account).

We manage a wide variety of Bodies Corporate and Associations throughout the North Island - from some of the largest (200+ units) to some of the smallest (2 units).
