Centurion Management has been involved as a weathertightness coordinator on behalf of Bodies Corporate for over ten years. We have gained significant experience in working with lawyers, consultants, engineers and contractors through the various processes that come up due to leaky buildings. We have also been involved in working with owners through the Weathertightness Homes Resolution Service processes and more recently with the government Financial Assistance Package (FAP).

As a company we are very aware of the additional stresses (including financially and emotionally) that leaky buildings have on Owners. Our Body Corporate Managers are trained to work alongside owners through the various processes involved in resolving leaky buildings. This includes helping owners individually when dealing with their banks.
